STAR ESTATES is looking for employees for positions:
- assist clients in buying, and selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the entire process
- conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
- develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- negotiate offers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes
- stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide informed advice
- manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including paperwork and documentation
- proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar Sales role is preferred but not essential
- strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds; multilingual abilities are an advantage
- excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple listings and client interactions
- A genuine interest in the property market and a desire to help clients achieve their real estate goals
