- 5 years or more maintenance related work history
- CMRP certification highly desirable
- experience working with operations, maintenance, finance and HR teams
- strong negotiating skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a Global matrixed organization
- experience implementing best in class maintenance strategies
- ability to travel 30%
