  • previous experience as a Home Manager of a nursing home
  • A strong knowledge of CQC/NMC and all other regulations
  • strong management and leadership skills
  • the ability to implement change where necessary and promote company values and ethos
  • driven and motivated to always provide the best quality care
  • ability to manage effective and high performing teams
  • experience working within multidisciplinary teams and management of external partners
