- working with fresh, locally sourced produce to create dishes to high standards
- we are looking for someone who is passionate about food, excellent organisational skills, good team worker, the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
- to set up kitchen with all requirements needed, checking clean utensils, food is fresh and in date and disposing of any not suitable in the correct procedures
- you must comply with all reasonable directions given to you and observe all the policies, procedures and rules of the Employer as may be introduced and/or amended from time to time
- you are expected to perform all duties which may be required of you in this role and as set out in the job description
