- website management, updating content on our Shopify platform and working to improve the user journey
- support the production of marketing communications and ensure we have an adequate level of stock available
- promote correct use of brand guidelines internally, encouraging colleagues to be a part of brand and marketing activity
- market research to help guide our marketing plan and understand which audiences we should be focusing on
- collate data for reporting
- support the marketing team with the implementation of the marketing plan. Contributing with your own ideas and being a part of the delivery
- an active member of the cross-functional Customer Experience team – ensuring we are making customer-led decisions across the business
