Responsibility
- stagecraft Display Ltd is a leading manufacturer of specialist retail displays for the garden centre industry and the wider retail sector
- identify and target new business sectors matching the company’s products and services to new sectors and industries
- identify and target new clients within our existing business sectors
- act as the point of contact for projects through from customer enquiry to order completion
- build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and managing expectations
- visit new and existing customers to conduct meetings, presentations and carryout site surveys
- meet sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis creating sales reports and forecasts

Requirements
- experience in B2B Sales converting inbound enquiries into orders
- experience of working in outbound sales / customer acquisition and account management
- experience in successfully acquiring and managing new customers
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A strong network of contacts within a relevant industry
- IT literate
- proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- excellent time management for planning, maintaining records and meeting deadlines
