  • monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • strong knowledge of bar operations, including drink recipes, mixology techniques, and industry trends
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food production and kitchen operations is a plus
  • must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • supervising experience: 1 year
