Responsibility

  • “We are looking for a credit controller to join our Finance Team at our Glasgow office
  • assessing and determining Credit limits for clients
  • responding to customers' enquiries about their debts
  • we are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who can support the continuous build of our strong culture and environment that enables continuous improvement and service excellence
  • recording and updating customer and client information, payment details, agreements and correspondence in the database or system
  • sending invoices, statements, reminders and notices to customers and clients to remind them of their outstanding debts and arrange settlement or payment plans
  • negotiating with customers and clients to find the best solution for both parties and reduce the risk of bad debts or legal actions
  • working with internal and external parties, including the billing teams, credit controllers, debt collection agencies and solicitors, to facilitate the debt recovery process

Requirements

  • UK Credit Control: 3 years
  • sales Ledger: 3 years
  • bank Reconciliation: 3 years
