Responsibility
- “We are looking for a credit controller to join our Finance Team at our Glasgow office
- assessing and determining Credit limits for clients
- responding to customers' enquiries about their debts
- we are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who can support the continuous build of our strong culture and environment that enables continuous improvement and service excellence
- recording and updating customer and client information, payment details, agreements and correspondence in the database or system
- sending invoices, statements, reminders and notices to customers and clients to remind them of their outstanding debts and arrange settlement or payment plans
- negotiating with customers and clients to find the best solution for both parties and reduce the risk of bad debts or legal actions
- working with internal and external parties, including the billing teams, credit controllers, debt collection agencies and solicitors, to facilitate the debt recovery process
Requirements
- UK Credit Control: 3 years
- sales Ledger: 3 years
- bank Reconciliation: 3 years
