Responsibility
conduct repairs and services to motorcycles following manufacturers procedures and ensuring the highest possible accuracy and standards are maintained
accurately report and record work, tests, and any other potential remedial work via the use of electronic tablet
use of manufactures specialist tools and systems
proactively monitor your workshop efficiency including daily hours sold
completion of manufactures training materials
instruct the parts department of the parts that are necessary for the job at hand
liaise with customers on technical/product matters
carry out instructions from the job card/repair order accurately, complying with repair instructions and required settings and tolerances from manuals, manufacturer bulletins, check sheets and so on
