Responsibility
contact potential clients from a well maintained database, identifying key decision makers, collecting data and offering quotations
building and issuing quotations to potential clients
explaining highly specialised complex products in simple and helpful terms with key decision makers
cultivate and develop relationships through maintaining customer service excellence, detailed product knowledge and with approachable and friendly manner
timely maintenance of accurate and complete file notes in order to recall a ‘story of the sale’
Education
high standards of literacy and numeracy as well as a faultless telephone manner
basic computer literacy and ability to learn to use bespoke systems
demonstrable tenacity and ability to sustain and maintain a high volume of contacts at all stages in the sales cycle
knowledge and/or experience of relationship sales practices, of the education sector in general and/or the financial services sector would be an advantage but is not essential
Contract type
remuneration: from £22,500 per annum plus performance related bonus scheme
