Responsibility

  • assist the Customer Success Team in managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • monitor project progress and report on key metrics to ensure projects are on track and meet client expectations
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, management and freelancers, to ensure smooth project execution
  • manage project documentation, including legal paperwork, project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • proactively identify project risks and issues and work with the team to develop and implement mitigation plans
  • use available data to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
