Practice Nurse Haverfordwest
St Thomas Surgery is looking to recruit a permanent Practice Nurse for up to 37.5 hours per week to join our busy team based at our main surgery in Haverfordwest.The role is an essential position within the Surgery's nursing team.To be successful in this role candidates will ideally have experience of wound care management, chronic disease management, experience undertaking adult and childhood immunisation, travel vaccines and managing women's health. Whilst the above are all very desirable, training is available for the right candidate.In addition the candidate will ideally have worked within a Primary Care setting, be well organised, motivated, IT literate and have excellent communication and customer service skills. The nursing team consists of one advanced nurse practitioner, four practice nurses and one health care assistant.
