Responsibility
- oversee the compassionate and personalised care to residents and provide assistance
- administer medication as per instructions to residents if required, including monitoring stock, re-ordering and checking in where necessary
- st Serfs urgently requires a Senior Carer on a full and part time basis
- our ideal candidate will have proven experience within care and be flexible to work various early morning to late evening shifts
- you will have experience in medication administration to residents
- you must be compassionate, friendly, hard-working, and eager to continue learning while putting our residents needs first

Requirements
- previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within a similar environment or role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- compassionate and driven to provide person centred care, and a positive work environment for your team
