  • we are looking for a caretaker or handyperson to carry out small maintenance and repair jobs at St Neots Rugby Club
  • the nature of the work will require the person to be competent at D-I-Y at the very minimum
  • suitable H&S training will be given
  • carry out repair and maintenance jobs as required
  • be courteous toward customers and fellow staff
  • comply with corporate policies on security and theft prevention
  • work as part of a team
  • there are no set hours and the work can be done to suit the applicant within reason liaising with our General Manager as appropriate

  • proven experience in bar management or supervisory roles within a retail or club environment
  • kitchen qualification - preferred
  • strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
  • would suit someone that likes or has a flexible lifestyle but willing to work hard when needed
  • bar management: 1 year
