Responsibility
- painting and general decoration, repair of doors, windows, and general building installations
- carrying out basic plumbing and electrical repairs, e.g. leaks, blockages, changing bulbs, minor installation and repair
- clearing down of room bookings/private hire, stacking tables and chairs, clearing refreshments and assisting with domestic duties
- meeting relevant contractors where in-house repairs are not possible or for ongoing works
- participating and assisting with community events, family fun sessions, holiday activities and any other organised event
- undertaking any additional cleaning requirements as directed
- maintenance and organisation of general furniture and equipment. Inspection and repair of furniture
- clearance of rubbish, debris and management of waste across the site
