- GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
- to oversee the rooms and support staff within the rooms with there day to day activities
- carry out office responsibilities to a high standard
- have good parental partnerships and ability to deal with difficult conversations
- ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures within our setting are being adhered to
- regularly update knowledge and training
- coaching and mentoring the staff teams
- to maintain and care for the nursery on a day to day basis. This includes completing risk assessments and ensuring an enabling and stimulating environment for our little ones. Ensuring our nursery meets high standards at all times
Requirements
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to lead a team
- must be full DBS certified
- we are looking for a Nursery Manager to cover a one year maternity leave
- the ideal candidate will be able to adapt to change and grow with the company and be an enthusiastic individual
- ability to use initiative and work within a busy environment
- we are looking for someone with a passion for working with children and who has vison to help our Nursery grow
- organisation skills and ability to delegate appropriately
