st John’s Hospice is looking for a Supporter Data Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our data management strategy whilst supporting and endorsing our principles, values and brand
as a Hospice, we rely on generous support from our amazing local community, which helps us to provide vital care to our patients and their families

we receive one third of our funding from the NHS, the remaining two thirds comes from a wide variety of donors and income generation activities that include both hospice and community lead fundraising events, appeals and campaigns
our Supporter Care Team put our wonderful supporters at the heart of everything they do, to ensure they feel connected and valued
as a data processing expert, you will ideally be skilled in using fundraising databases to create or update processes to efficiently support this effective stewardship, and be ready to take on the exciting challenge of leading our approach to evaluating existing donor data-led processes and developing / implementing improvements for a more cohesive and impactful supporter journey
