- taking new claims information from managing agent or resident and assigning claims reference
- logging new claims on St Giles bespoke Circus system and handing over initial information to claims handlers
- assisting claims handlers in chasing additional information for insurance companies for updates
- we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Claims Handler to join our Claims Team based in our Liverpool office. This role is very customer focussed, requiring you to provide excellent customer service in all aspects of the role
