Responsibility
ensure rooms are set up in accordance with client’s requests, organise and assist with room changeovers and set-ups
any other duties as may be required by the line manager or the Management team
maintenance of the booking database ensuring all booking notes and client records are accurate and up to date. Produce and email invoices for the day’s events
