  • ensure rooms are set up in accordance with client’s requests, organise and assist with room changeovers and set-ups
  • any other duties as may be required by the line manager or the Management team
  • maintenance of the booking database ensuring all booking notes and client records are accurate and up to date. Produce and email invoices for the day’s events
