  • from mid-May 2023 we are looking for a new Group Supervisor to join our dynamic Team and Community
  • st Barnabas Counselling Centre, known by many as ‘St Bs’ is an accredited BACP service providing a professional low-cost counselling service for adults within Norfolk
  • we pride ourselves on having a history of almost 50 years and are staffed by a team of 30 volunteer counsellors offering counselling to clients in a short or long term capacity
  • attendance at consultative and service management meetings with the Director of Counselling
  • participation in counsellor training, community meetings or team-building days/part-days, as requested by the Director of Counselling
  • follow all relevant St Bs policies and procedures relevant to the role
  • carrying out supervisees’ 6 month reviews
  • engage with the Director where major issues of client safety are involved
