Requirements

  • knowledge and experience of digital print, print estimating, printing processes and customer service is essential
  • experience and knowledge of IT and print & design related software such as Adobe Suite is desirable
  • experience and knowledge of providing printing price estimates to customers and managing fast paced email enquiries is desirable
  • understanding of quality control procedures is desirable
  • must be hard working and conscientious, punctual and reliable
  • be able to work effectively in a busy print shop environment, where workload management and multi-tasking skills are essential
  • to work to high standards with excellent attention to detail
  • this is a customer facing role in a busy print shop, therefore a personable nature and excellent customer service skills are essential

Responsibility

  • provide print estimates and advice to customers as necessary. Follow up on all enquiries received
