- we are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Nurses to join our team for both night and day shifts

- nursing Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, assessing their needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions
- medication Management: Administer medications accurately, following established protocols and best practices, while maintaining accurate records
- clinical Procedures: Perform various clinical procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and venipuncture, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols
- monitoring and Documentation: Monitor residents' health status, record observations, and maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of care provided
Requirements
- registered Nurse qualification with a valid and current Nursing and Midwifery Council registration
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a residential care home or healthcare setting
- sound clinical knowledge and skills, including proficiency in medication administration and clinical procedures
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
- empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in providing person-centered care to the elderly
- ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and independently when required
- excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in elderly care
