we are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Nurses to join our team for both night and day shifts
job Description: Nurse - Residential Care Home - Nights or Days
nursing Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, assessing their needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions
medication Management: Administer medications accurately, following established protocols and best practices, while maintaining accurate records
clinical Procedures: Perform various clinical procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and venipuncture, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols
monitoring and Documentation: Monitor residents' health status, record observations, and maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of care provided
Requirements
registered Nurse qualification with a valid and current Nursing and Midwifery Council registration
previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a residential care home or healthcare setting
sound clinical knowledge and skills, including proficiency in medication administration and clinical procedures
strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in providing person-centered care to the elderly
ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and independently when required
excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks
understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in elderly care
