Responsibility
- responsible for the following staff when on Shift - Lead concierge Assistant Concierge, Overseeing kitchen staff & agency workers
- job title : Senior Concierge – 37.5 hours per week Rota based – 12.5-hour shifts, Days/Nights/Weekends
- location : St Anne’s Hostel & Park View move on accommodation
- report to: Director of service
- provide line management support to the concierge team with a range of H.R duties including, supervisions, attendance meetings, general meeting and staff training
- to participate in staff supervision, meetings and appraisals
- to manage all aspects of the concierge staff rota with regard shift cover relating to annual leave and sick absences ensuring the 24-hour rota is covered at all times
- participate in staff meetings, as and when required
