  • successfully directing the site management team through every phase of the project
  • providing daily and weekly updates to ensure the smooth running of the projects, to not only the wider management team but also the customer
  • supporting the design team with any build issues during the planning phase of the project

Requirements

  • NVQ or equivalent qualification
  • site Management Safety Training certificate
  • first Aid training
  • has the ability to read and interrupt technical drawings
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • client facing experience
  • + 10 years on site experience
  • project management: 10 years
