media, marketing or business-related qualification desirable or working towards this
minimum 1 years’ experience in marketing or business-related role
minimum 1 years’ experience working with Google AdWords and SEO
previous experience with e-marketing software such as MailChimp
high level quality control and attention to detail
excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt and handle challenging situations
Responsibility
the Marketing Coordinator will specialise in digital marketing and be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions
the coordinator will play a crucial role in monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and maximise return on investment
they will also be expected to provide high levels of customer service, ensuring our clients receive a service that is professional, caring and friendly at all times
produce weekly / monthly reports on social media performance, highlighting success and improvements
regularly monitor competitors’ presence on social media platforms
provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager and other teams that may require marketing assistance
process digital marketing enquiries efficiently whilst providing clients with a high level of customer service
assist with updating and maintaining all online resources
