Responsibility

  • ‘Meet and greet’ function whilst on post at the front of house
  • acting as a first line of support to employees and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service
  • controlling the access control systems
  • ensuring the safety and security of the identified site area and buildings
  • securing the premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points and permitting entry
  • acting as the appointed person in the event of evacuations, liaison with emergency responders
  • ensuring that barriers and gates are secured at all times
  • conducting escort duties when required

Requirements

  • \* A valid Frontline Security Guarding, Door Supervision
  • \*Fully comprehensive 5 year work/education history; including full company names, addresses and landline contact numbers
  • must be pro-active in your duties, be able to work on your own initiative and work with others
  • must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations
  • strong knowledge of site processes and procedures, and aptitude for learning and applying such
