S&S SNACKS is looking for employees for positions:
quality manager
Responsibility
- manage and maintain the site’s Food Safety & Quality Management Systems , including HACCP
- ensure FSQMS procedures are embedded across all areas of the business and the site remains compliant at all times
- drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving root causes of non-conformances
- oversee food safety, legality, authenticity, and integrity issues, escalating when necessary
- act as a key representative during external audits , deputising for the Head of Technical when required
- ensure all finished products meet agreed specifications and implement corrective actions when standards are not met
- lead, guide, and inspire a team of Quality Controllers to meet site goals and objectives
- drive continuous improvement of the site standards and quality parameters
Requirements
- experience in food safety and quality management systems
- proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- strong problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset
- experience handling audits
- must have own transport due to location
- 4 day week, 10 hour shift , weekend availability
