- build and nurture relationships with clients, event organizers, and partners to attract bookings for private events, tours, and other offerings
- recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing the sales team, fostering a motivated and high-performing environment
- collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients and enhance the venue’s visibility
- monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly

Requirements
- proven experience in sales management, preferably within the hospitality, events, or tourism industry
- strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- enthusiasm for history and cultural heritage, with the ability to convey the venue’s unique value to clients and visitors
- self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
