Requirements

  • relevant qualification at undergraduate level or above
  • extensive experience in fulfilling a similar role
  • high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • good level of experience of creating and developing internal audit processes
  • ability to be organised, prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • writing, preparing and presenting reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • be able to work under pressure, to deadlines and be self-motivated
  • previous people management and leadership experience

Responsibility

  • in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, be responsible for reviewing, updating and developing policies and procedures for SRSCC
  • ensure policies and procedures are developed and applied in a consistent manner across all departments and services
  • work closely with the customer service team to develop and improve internal processes
  • with the support of the relevant stakeholders, have overall responsibility for audits and inspections including but not limited to ESFA , Ofsted, CIPS, ISO, Cyber Essentials and IT
  • to analyse data and statistical information to identify trends and themes to seek and implement quality and compliance improvements
  • be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of robust quality management systems ensuring the company’s statutory, regulatory and contractual duties are fulfilled
  • ensure systems and services are monitored and reviewed in order to continually improve quality and outcomes for the company and our customers
  • be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the quality improvement plan ensuring it is always up to date
