Requirements
relevant qualification at undergraduate level or above
extensive experience in fulfilling a similar role
high level of accuracy and attention to detail
good level of experience of creating and developing internal audit processes
ability to be organised, prioritise and manage multiple tasks
writing, preparing and presenting reports to internal and external stakeholders
be able to work under pressure, to deadlines and be self-motivated
previous people management and leadership experience
Responsibility
in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, be responsible for reviewing, updating and developing policies and procedures for SRSCC
ensure policies and procedures are developed and applied in a consistent manner across all departments and services
work closely with the customer service team to develop and improve internal processes
with the support of the relevant stakeholders, have overall responsibility for audits and inspections including but not limited to ESFA , Ofsted, CIPS, ISO, Cyber Essentials and IT
to analyse data and statistical information to identify trends and themes to seek and implement quality and compliance improvements
be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of robust quality management systems ensuring the company’s statutory, regulatory and contractual duties are fulfilled
ensure systems and services are monitored and reviewed in order to continually improve quality and outcomes for the company and our customers
be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the quality improvement plan ensuring it is always up to date
