Responsibility

  • support learners with the relevant funding paperwork, ensuring it is all completed accurately when required
  • attend networking/employment events or other opportunities that might be beneficial to meet employers/learners and improve prospective outcomes
  • assist in designing a successful bootcamp to support the unemployed back into work through learning IT and possibly personal skills
  • monitor learner progress, provide feedback and support, and address any issues or challenges they may encounter
  • we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager for our Digital Bootcamps programmes
  • to liaise with jobcentres and build relationships with them and other employment organisations to find suitable candidates/opportunities that would be a good fit for bootcamps
  • collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing material that is relevant/is suitable for target audience
  • meet with potential learners and employers, either face-to-face or online through Zoom or Teams to ensure suitability to achieve outcomes and manage expectations
