Responsibility
- executing contracted and ad-hoc support activities across the UK, and EMEA cluster
- leading larger and more complex support activities including planning, on site leadership, after action review, follow up and feedback
- reviewing activities with respect to the Continuous Maintenance of our service partner network across the cluster
- accurately delivering detailed technical Service Reports to our customers
- location: Dunboyne, Ireland
- working in alignment with the defined Integrated Definition processes for Flow F&B Aftermarket Execution
- identifying new opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- the Field Support Engineer will be both responsible for the successful execution of PM & CM activities as well as providing a consultative service to our customers with the goal of growing the contract value stream and improve customer dependency and their experience
