Responsibility
- to proactively monitor CCTV for the prevention of crime and to ensure the Health and Safety of staff and visitors
- to efficiently respond to alarms on the access control system and dispatch officers in response to case alarms
- to dispatch initial first aid response immediately and find cover for must-man positions as a result
- to co-ordinate the logging and storage of high value lost property
- to manage the issue high risk keys and fobs and keys held
- to dispatch officers to investigate fire alarm activations
- to support with helping to find cover for core shifts, events and non-core additional cover
- to support the induction of new starters to the team
Requirements
- SIA Door licence
- SIA CCTV licence
- driving Licence
- deliver excellent customer service
- good IT Skills
- demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
- have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
- maintain a high standard of personal presentation
