Responsibility

  • supporting the cloud management team
  • CI/CD their deployment Pipelines
  • responsible for the definition and execution of non-functional and functional testing for the Infrastructure and application delivery
  • responsible for producing the test strategy and approach
  • responsible for estimating, prioritising, planning and coordinating testing activities with IT and Service Line workstreams
  • work across design and hands-on development/engineering to deliver against a series of strategic programmes within an elite Cloud team, but also to deliver independently against
  • responsible for managing test environment availability and usage with product owners
  • responsible for setup, support and maintenance of Azure DevOps test-related work items and reporting

Requirements

  • must have extensive hands-on functional testing experience Agile- Sprint Methodology and DevOps environments
  • strong Knowledge of Documentum and any CMS- Content Management System
  • strong knowledge of JAVA language and OOPS concept
  • demonstrable capability in performing robust functional and non-functional testing on complex infrastructure, multi-application and role access system landscapes producing test strategies, test status/defect report writing and test exit/service readiness slide packs
  • experience of BDD approach using Cucumber, Gherkin to support ongoing delivery
  • containerised techniques using Docker and Cloud-Based Hosting using AWS
  • A strong understanding and extensive hands-on test experience of the Sprint, CI/CD pipeline and Release testing Lifecycle along with cloud base services
  • open source tools and frameworks including Cucumber, Gherkin, WebDriver, Jenkins/Drone/Gitlab and REST libraries
