Responsibility
- ● You’ll analyse the profits and timesheets – refining and improving profitability
- ● You’ll inspect sites regularly and prioritise appropriate works
- ● You’ll give technical advice and recommendations to site teams and clients
- ● Manage risk assessments and safety
- ● You’ll be the main contact & liaison with clients, this could involve such things as newsletters and Instagram, as well as the day to day emails and phone calls, with the support of an office assistant
- ● Assess training requirements & plan training with Seonaid
- ● You’ll support Seonaid to develop new business leads within the aftercare department such as add-ons like planting, bedding, composts, mulching etc
- ● You’ll manage the diary and what workers are required each week as well as keeping it up to date for invoicing purposes
Requirements
- ● You’ll have 3 - 5 years of experience in a single site or multi-site garden maintenance manager role
- ● You’ll have a strong track record of delivering first-class customer experience
