Responsibility
- you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets
- manage and grow your own customer base through proactive telephone communication, introducing new products and services offered by Springpack

- springpack, a leading provider of packaging solutions, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as an Internal Account Manager
- maintain accurate records of bespoke stock codes and update cost prices accordingly
- in this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own customer base, while providing administrative support to our Business Development Managers
- assist the Sales Executive in resolving queries and addressing customer concerns
- analyse data and generate reports to monitor product performance by season
- build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- create, follow up, and process quotations, as well as handle sales orders and incoming calls to support the Customer Service department
- prepare presentations and contribute to team meetings, sharing best practices and valuable insights
- adhere to the Internal Team Rota to support colleagues and achieve KPIs
- complete relevant KPI log sheets and follow-up records to track progress
- collaborate with the Internal Team, Purchasing, and Customer Service departments, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
- assist in managing customer bespoke stockholding and coordinate with the Purchasing Department to address stock issues
- represent Springpack at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
- respond to incoming emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally
- adhere to the Company's Health and Safety Policy and fulfill related duties
- participate in monthly incentives and attend training courses to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or account management
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner
- excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage customer accounts and administrative tasks simultaneously
