Responsibility

Requirements
- previous experience in senior care or home care is preferred
- knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus
- ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients and their families
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately
- flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs
