our family-owned, online sportswear company sells all over the world and we have continued to supply our customers and deal with their queries throughout the pandemic years
now we are looking for someone who cares about customers and gets job satisfaction through helping them. This is done by telephone and emails, dealing with queries and complaints and advising customers on their purchases
we do not 'cold call', we are not in the business of hard selling, and our main aim is to make sure our customers are satisfied with every aspect of their experience with us

we have two types of working days: 9am to 5.30pm and 1.30pm to 10pm. Please state which shift you would prefer
