- as such we have just won another national award for the way we treat people and we aim to continually improve
- our family-owned, online sportswear company sells all over the world and we have continued to supply our customers and deal with their queries throughout the pandemic years
- now we are looking for someone who cares about customers and gets job satisfaction through helping them. This is done by telephone and emails, dealing with queries and complaints and advising customers on their purchases
- we do not 'cold call', we are not in the business of hard selling, and our main aim is to make sure our customers are satisfied with every aspect of their experience with us
- if you are the sort of person who is punctual, reliable and cares about the work you do, then this could well be the job you have been seeking
- we have two types of working days: 9am to 5.30pm and 1.30pm to 10pm. Please state which shift you would prefer
