provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and strong product knowledge
support nearby tills or departments when required, ensuring smooth customer journeys
maintain a high standard of visual presentation and stock availability through replenishment and stockroom upkeep
as a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of Frasers, delivering exceptional service and creating personalised shopping experiences that inspire customer loyalty
participate in store events and activations, sharing feedback and ideas for continuous improvement
with a genuine passion for retail and a customer-first mindset, you’ll help shape a luxurious and welcoming store environment, while also supporting store operations when required
