Responsibility
- greet and engage customers with confidence and warmth upon entry
- offer assistance and first-contact solutions, e.g. directing to click-and-collect or removing tags at exit points
- provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and strong product knowledge
- support nearby tills or departments when required, ensuring smooth customer journeys
- maintain a high standard of visual presentation and stock availability through replenishment and stockroom upkeep
- as a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of Frasers, delivering exceptional service and creating personalised shopping experiences that inspire customer loyalty
- participate in store events and activations, sharing feedback and ideas for continuous improvement
- with a genuine passion for retail and a customer-first mindset, you’ll help shape a luxurious and welcoming store environment, while also supporting store operations when required
