Responsibility
- follow company policies and procedures
- liaise with the in house teams coordinating projects from start to finish
- liaise with the Head Of Operations to supply clients with install dates and RAMS
- plan, implement and schedule timelines
- manage incoming queries
- produce customer quotes using Quickbooks
- keep customers up to date on progression of job
- email proofs to customers once complete and discuss any further requirements
Requirements
- excellent communication skills
- highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines
- ability to work as part of a team and also individually
- ideally from a signage background
- experience of using accounts packages such as QuickBooks/Xerox
- signage industry: 3 years
- project management: 2 years
