Responsibility

  • follow company policies and procedures
  • liaise with the in house teams coordinating projects from start to finish
  • liaise with the Head Of Operations to supply clients with install dates and RAMS
  • plan, implement and schedule timelines
  • manage incoming queries
  • produce customer quotes using Quickbooks
  • keep customers up to date on progression of job
  • email proofs to customers once complete and discuss any further requirements

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills
  • highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines
  • ability to work as part of a team and also individually
  • ideally from a signage background
  • experience of using accounts packages such as QuickBooks/Xerox
  • signage industry: 3 years
  • project management: 2 years
