the role is fast paced at times but a need to do things without errors is key
the successful candidate will have speed of hand, great attention to detail and follow instruction well
the role includes working with our picking system to pick cakes that need to be sent down to our packing team, Packing the orders that go out to our website customers and packing the orders that go out to our trade customers
candidates that make it through the first online selection process will be asked to attend a trial shift so they can try out the role and we can assess their suitability

the successful candidate will have speed of hand, great attention to detail and follow instruction well
they will also have a good level of fitness and be able to lift up to 15kg
previous bakery, factory or catering experience required
it involves all aspects of baking our cakes- weighing out ingredients, greasing tins, using mixers, using depositors, using ovens and detinning cakes
any candidate we think will be suitable will be asked to attend a trial shift so we can assess which candidate has the best skill set to succeed in this fast paced role
