  • following up all answerphone messages efficiently and missed calls on the phone
  • making recommendations of products to clients, based on the needs of the dog and/ or following discussions with clients about issues/ queries they may have and following this up with the supportive product ie
  • promoting Spoilt Rotten and all services at all times
  • promoting good coat maintenance between visits, including making product recommendations to support this
