Responsibility
you will report to the Salon Manager
helping with the marketing of the business including managing the Facebook page/ website blogs
front-desk support with signing in and out dogs and welcoming new clients
answering the telephone within 3/ 4 rings and dealing with enquiries professionally
following up all answerphone messages efficiently and missed calls on the phone
making recommendations of products to clients, based on the needs of the dog and/ or following discussions with clients about issues/ queries they may have and following this up with the supportive product ie
promoting Spoilt Rotten and all services at all times
promoting good coat maintenance between visits, including making product recommendations to support this
