Responsibility

  • making introductory calls and following up lead
  • participate in marketing the business and achieve set goals
  • liaising and providing support to Care Co-ordinators and Field Care Supervisors
  • responsible for general data input
  • assisting with updating of records of Customers and Staff as required
  • ensuring all filing systems are up-to-date
  • adhere to comply with the regulatory bodies
  • chasing unpaid invoices and timesheets as well confirm booked shifts
