Responsibility

  • establish and drive animation quality standards and expectations across the team
  • work closely with programmers, artists and designers to implement animations as designed
  • test, review and iterate on animations to tune them to the highest quality
  • manage and develop the animation team by providing regular feedback, setting objectives, and providing mentoring

Requirements

  • experience with technical animation, including rigging, skinning, and problem solving
  • experience with Motion Capture, Cinematics and Facial Animation
