- experience in training apprentices and conducting appraisals preferred, however, not essential
- must be process-driven with excellent time management skills
- must have a methodical approach to work and an eye for detail
- clean and presentable
- first aid qualified / willing to take course
- willing to share best practice
- A clean full UK driver’s licence
Responsibility
- we are looking to employ a highly-skilled Bench Joiner to join our factory team
- attention to detail is paramount and the successful candidate must be able to work within to clean and structured factory environment
- site installation experience of the joinery you would have manufactured is also beneficial
- must be able to competently follow and understand technical drawings
- during busy periods the candidate may be required to work extra hours
- the successful candidate will need to be capable of working to a high standard and be willing to share knowledge and train apprentices
- duties will include all aspects of cabinet making/ Staircase construction/ window and door assembly, along with any other relevant duties as required
