Responsibility
- to take a lead role and assist in supporting in all aspects of the service users assessed needs, which may include
- to carry out good food management, Temperature controls and documentation according to regulations
- adhere to health and safety and fire regulations and requirements
- to ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to and COVID-19 risk assessments and guidelines are followed
- to prepare and cook meals and drinks and offer support to service users that do their own meals, ensuring that each resident receives the meal or diet that he/she has requested and is suitable for his/her needs
- wash, dry and iron all linens and service users’ personal clothing with utmost care and support service users that wish to do their own laundry
- to ensure that defined policies as laid down by the company and the homes manager are always adhered to
