Responsibility

  • liaising with clients to identify and define requirements
  • producing estimates and plans
  • managing internal resource requirements and proactively identifying and resolving potential conflicts
  • tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues and preventing scope creep
  • escalating high impact risks and issues to senior management
  • monitoring project finances and producing project reporting
  • maintaining project documentation
  • supporting senior project managers on larger, more complex projects
