Responsibility

  • assist in the development of schemes and formulating development plans for schools and domestic properties
  • amending and revising drawings to reflect design changes
  • issuing drawings to Clients and Contractors
  • assist in the design of new schemes, be aware of current planning policy and compliance
  • have a sound knowledge of Building Regulations
  • as a CAD Technician working for Spicer Surveys you will be expected to undertake the roles below which is not exhaustive and you may be required to undertake further activities not listed to enable your work to be conducted effectively and efficiently
  • measure/ Survey and draw up existing buildings of various construction
  • primarily the work will be office based on AutoCAD however some work may require schemes to be drawn in Sketch up & Vray
