- high calibre skills in preparing traditional and contemporary tandoori dishes and specialities originating from the Indian subcontinent
Responsibility
- to perform all other appropriate duties within the overall function of the job
- to replenish the stock of ingredients in the preparation areas
- preparing recipes of complex marinades, concentrated stock, herb & spice blends, and ingredient fusions as formulated by Culinary Designer and/or Head /Sous Chef
- reports to: Manager
- assist in the selection and storing of stock, including the verification of deliveries
- ensures proper staffing and adequate supplies for all stations
- compiling reports as required
- ensures the highest food quality appropriate to the market and assisting in all areas of kitchen operations
