Responsibility
client Relations: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, customize menus, and ensure that every event is a success
team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of chefs, servers, and support staff to deliver outstanding service during events
event Planning: Organize and execute events, from private parties to large corporate functions, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
budget Management: Control costs, manage inventory, and ensure profitability while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service
quality Control: Ensure that all food prepared is of the highest quality, adheres to safety standards, and is presented beautifully
oversee Catering Operations: Manage and coordinate all catering services for events, ensuring timely and high-quality food delivery that reflects the authentic flavors of Chennai Dosa
vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of fresh ingredients and necessary supplies
