- to act as the primary point of contact for all queries
- the Booking of via, telephone, email, Engineers attendances to customer sites
- assist in the implementation of improvements to procedures and systems, making recommendations as appropriate
- build effective relationships with the client, answering queries of a technical and non-technical nature, keeping them informed about site activities and developments
